This scholarship was established in 2013 by Mary Josten. The Hilda W. Woodruff scholarship is awarded to a sophomore or junior student attending UW Parkside with a declared major in Special Education.  

 Criteria:

  • Have completed either one or two full years of higher education and be a sophomore or junior during the academic year in which the scholarship will be awarded

  • Be a resident of Racine County

  • Have a declared major in Special Education
